At Equinox, we believe that your funds should always be available to you with no unnecessary restrictions or delays. Trade with confidence, knowing that you have instant access to your capital.
Once your Equinox account is created, the account currency cannot be changed. You’ll need to open a new account with your preferred currency.
Your trading account number can be found in your Equinox Personal Area under the “Account Information” section.
Equinox supports both web and mobile platforms. You can switch between them by downloading the appropriate version from your Personal Area or the Platform Page.
Account verification typically takes 24-48 hours once the required documents are submitted.
